CBeebies star spotted at Netflix’s Bridgerton country house

CBeebies star Chris Jarvis joined more than a thousand egg-cited children on the first Julia’s House Easter Trail, held on the grounds of a country house that features prominently in the drama from the Netflix era, Bridgerton.

The Show Me, Show Me presenter has been a patron of the children’s hospice for several years. The charity provides essential respite care for the most seriously ill children and their families in Wiltshire and Dorset and relies almost entirely on donations to fund its vital services.

“Everyone feels incredibly welcome at Julia’s House. I feel honored to be a sponsor and a supporter,” he said. “On top of all the amazing work going on, there is a magical aura that lifts spirits and puts smiles on faces. For our most special children who need expert, loving care, and for families and siblings who need respite, I can’t imagine a better place!

Chris did the Easter Bunny and Lost Toys trail with a family looked after by Julia’s House staff. He also presented chocolate prizes to the other participating children.

The illustrated route was completed by around 1,600 young people and raised over £7,000 for the charity.

Wilton House is home to the 18th Earl and Countess of Pembroke and is a popular filming destination, currently playing the role of several residences in the second season of Bridgerton.
